2. Exchanges for Physical Damage:

   • An exchange is provided only in cases where the product is physically damaged during transit.
   • To be eligible for an exchange, you must file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

3. Filing a Complaint:

   • To request an exchange for physical damage, valid proof must be provided, including:
     • A video of the packaging being opened.
     • Clear photos showing the damage.
   • All complaints and evidence must be submitted to support@thechambal.com within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Exchange Process:

   • Upon validating your complaint and proof, we will proceed with the exchange.
   • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the same or a similar product.

5. International Orders:

   • We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders under any circumstances. Please ensure your international order is placed with careful consideration of the size, color, and specifications of the product.
